Grievance Redressal Cell
At Cambridge Institute of Technology, we place a high priority on the happiness and wellbeing of our students. We have created a dedicated Grievance Redressal Cell on the college ground floor (DKM Block) to ensure a supportive learning environment. Students have a forum through the Faculty Council-run Grievance Redressal Cell to express their problems and concerns. We take all complaints seriously and work hard to resolve them quickly. We have also established an Internal Grievance Redressal Committee under the Faculty Council to address the complaints. This committee focuses solely on complaints and strives to fairly and objectively resolve them.
There are many ways for students to voice their complaints. They can use the simple grievance/suggestion boxes located across the campus or submit their complaints through the online portal. We urge students to voice their concerns about academic or extracurricular issues so that each complaint can receive the attention it deserves. Our Institute is dedicated to resolving student complaints in a given amount of time. In order to build a positive academic environment that fosters growth and success, we strive to offer satisfactory solutions.
