To ensure holistic development, the Talent Transformation Hub delivers a continuously evolving portfolio of training programs structured across five core competency domains:

Technical Skills Development

The Technical Skills program is designed to provide students with strong conceptual foundations and hands-on exposure to technologies that are relevant to current and emerging industry demands. Training modules are closely aligned with technological advancements and engineering practices, and include:

  • Programming Languages: C, C++, Java, Python

  • Emerging Technologies: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Internet of Things (IoT)

  • Engineering and Design Tools: AutoCAD (2D/3D), Ansys, Hypermesh, Embedded Systems

  • Arithmetic Reasoning: Time and Work, Speed, Distance and Time, Mixtures and Allegations

  • Logical and Analytical Reasoning: Directions, Family Trees, Coding and Decoding, Deductive Reasoning

  • Quantitative Analysis: Percentages, Ratios and Proportions, Probability, Statistics, Chain Rule

  • Mathematical Foundations: Algebra, Trigonometry, Factorials, Multiples and Divisibility

Digital and Workplace Technology Skills
