Pre-Placement Talks: Regularly hosted on campus by visiting companies, these interactive sessions provide students with crucial insights into organizational cultures, career paths, work expectations, and growth opportunities. These engagements allow students to make informed choices and prepare effectively for recruitment drives.
Professional Assessment Tests: Prior to the commencement of placement season, students undergo comprehensive assessments to evaluate their skills, strengths, and aptitudes. Based on these results, students receive personalized guidance on which roles, industries, or domains they are most likely to succeed in.

The TTH department is well-equipped with world-class infrastructure to support each phase of the placement lifecycle—from corporate interactions and training sessions to aptitude tests and final interviews.
