Best Information Science Engineering Colleges In Bangalore, Instituted in 2007, the Department of Information, Science and Engineering was set up to equip students with quality education to help them design, develop and solve engineering problems useful in health, socio-cultural and environment sectors using Information Technology. The Department started out with just 60 students and has emerged as a popular choice among students. Today the batch size has doubled to 120.
The approach taken by the Department includes imparting technical knowledge through technical activities that inculcate problem solving skills, facilitating real time projects that involve identification and use of relevant software tools, etc. The overall objective is to ensure that a candidate is equipped with the right theoretical and practical knowledge that allows him to contribute to the society and industry.
Beside education, the Department also organises technical seminars and workshops to update students of the new trends in the industry. It hosts several extra-curricular activities to ensure holistic development of the students.
Our students have been placed in top software and core companies such as TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. Some of our students have enrolled for higher studies in reputed national and international institutions.
The department is actively involved in hosting many additional training programs for students in areas such as automation testing, android applications, big data,cloud computing and so on.
