Director Position

  • Role: Provide academic leadership, strategic vision, and administrative oversight.
  • Tenure: As per AICTE norms (typically 3-5 years, renewable).
  • Responsibilities:

    • Shape Vision 2030 strategies for global rankings and impact.

    • Foster industry-academia partnerships (Bengaluru tech ecosystem).

    • Lead AI & digital transformation in curriculum.

    • Promote research, entrepreneurship, global alumni engagement.

    • Eligibility:

    • Master’s degree in relevant disciplines (Management, Business Administration, etc.) from a recognized university.

    • Ph.D. highly desirable.

    • Minimum 15 years of Professor and administration experience in teaching/research/administration in a reputed institution.

    • Experience in AI-integrated management education, ESG, glocal leadership preferred.

    • Proficiency in academic leadership, industry collaborations, research.

Faculty Positions (Various Departments)

  • Areas: Tech Management, AI in Business, ESG, Glocal Leadership, Strategy and General Management, Marketing, Finance, HRM, FinTech, Business Analytics, Operation and statistics.

  • Eligibility:

    • Master’s degree in relevant field; PhD. Preferred.

    • 2-5 years teaching/research experience (for Assistant Professor); Associate, Professor roles require more 10 years experience.

    • Expertise in case studies, industry projects, research publications.

    • Proficiency in AI tools, digital pedagogy.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Teach MBA, Executive Programs with focus on glocal relevance.

    • Engage in research (ABDC/SCOPUS journals preferred).

    • Collaborate on industry projects, placements, international collaboration.

    • Contribute to ESG initiatives, startup incubation, AACSB, NBA accreditation.

Non-Teaching Positions (Various Departments):

  • Librarian, Lab Assistant, Admin Assistant, Office Assistants – Experience for at least 2 years.
